Kathmandu – The IPO allotment of Hotel Forest Inn Limited has been completed.
Out of the total valid applicants, 3,32,000 applicants were allotted 10 shares each, totaling 33,20,000 shares.
A total of 24,04,477 applications were received for 2,61,57,360 shares.
The allotment was conducted today morning by the issue manager NIC Asia Capital at the Holiday Inn Resort, Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu. The IPO had been open for the public from Magh 22 to 26.
According to NIC Asia Capital, 26,60,452 applicants applied to purchase a total of 2,99,78,860 shares.
