This afternoon, 16 passengers were injured in a bus accident in Lahare, Ward No. 5 of Uttar Gaya Rural Municipality. Among the injured, three are in serious condition.
Local resident Dilkrishna Shrestha reported that the injured passengers were taken to Trishuli Hospital for treatment.
The accident occurred when a bus, bearing registration number Ba.6 Kha. 8435, attempted to give way to an oncoming vehicle, causing the roadside to collapse and the vehicle to crash.
