Kathmandu Gorkhas are batting first against Lumbini Lions in the Eliminator match of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) currently underway in Kathmandu.
Kathmandu won the toss and opted to bat. This crucial Eliminator clash will decide which one of the two teams keeps their title hopes alive. The losing team will be knocked out of the tournament, while the winner will face Biratnagar Kings for a spot in the final.
Sudurpashchim Royals have already secured their place in the final after defeating Biratnagar Kings in the first Qualifier on Tuesday.
Kathmandu have beaten Lumbini twice in previous encounters this season, but Lumbini are determined to turn the tables today and end Kathmandu’s championship journey.
