The National Assembly unanimously endorsed three ordinances, including the ordinance to amend the Voters’ List Act, 2073, during today’s meeting.
Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal had tabled the ordinance to amend the Voters’ List Act along with the House of Representatives Members Election (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2082, and the Nepal Special Service Act (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2082 for approval. When Assembly Chairperson Narayan Prasad Dahal put the proposals to a decision, they were unanimously passed.
The next meeting of the National Assembly is scheduled for Friday, Magh 23, at 1:15 PM.
