The Nepali women’s national cricket team has officially unveiled its new jersey. The jersey was launched on Wednesday during a special event organized by Xtreme Energy Drink in collaboration with the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN).
At the same event, the partnership between CAN and Xtreme Energy Drink was formally announced. The unveiling ceremony was attended by CAN officials, players of the national women’s cricket team, representatives of Xtreme Energy Drink, and members of the media.
During the program, Xtreme Energy Drink expressed its commitment to long-term support for the development of Nepali cricket, particularly women’s cricket. The company stated that jersey sponsorship would help motivate players, boost their confidence, and provide a more professional environment. The partnership is expected to have a positive impact on the team’s preparation, morale, and competitiveness at the international level.
National Sports Council General Secretary Ram Charitra Meheta said that support from the private sector plays a significant role in the overall development of Nepali cricket. He also expressed confidence that the newly unveiled jersey would strengthen the identity of the Nepali women’s cricket team and bring greater pride to Nepal on the international stage.
On the same occasion, Xtreme Energy Drink announced that it will distribute 2,000 Nepali cricket team jerseys free of cost at Wankhede Stadium to fans attending ICC Men’s T20 World Cup matches.
