In Tuesday’s pre-open session, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index rose by approximately 7 points. The NEPSE had closed at 2,936.56 points on Monday, up 5.01 points from the previous day, and reached 2,943.47 points during Tuesday’s session, gaining 6.90 points.
The Sensitive Index also increased by 1.53 points in the same session. A total of 77 stocks were traded 293 times, with a transaction volume of NPR 44,467,392.80 for 84,526 shares.
Among the stocks traded, 32 saw price increases, 34 experienced declines, and 11 remained unchanged during the session.
