According to a press release issued by the company, Arna will provide a cash prize of Rs 5.1 million to the Nepali cricket team upon qualification for the T20 World Cup.
In addition to this, Arna’s parent company, Yeti Brewery, will contribute an additional Rs 5.1 million from its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) fund to the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) to support the development of cricket infrastructure in Nepal.
Arna described this initiative as a step toward ensuring a brighter future for Nepali cricket, reaffirming its full support for the national team participating in the T20 World Cup Qualifiers.
Nepal has already made a strong start in the qualifiers, defeating Kuwait by 58 runs in its opening match. Among the nine participating teams, Nepal must finish in the top three to secure a place in the T20 World Cup, which will be held next year in India and Sri Lanka.
