The budget (summer) session of the Bagmati Provincial Assembly has been concluded. The decision was made during the cabinet meeting held on Wednesday.
Government spokesperson and Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning, Prabhat Tamang, informed that the meeting decided to recommend to Province Chief Deepak Prasad Devkota to officially end the ongoing budget session of the Provincial Assembly.
According to him, the government will recommend ending the session effective from Wednesday, Mangsir 3, at 11:59 PM, in accordance with Article 183, Clause 2 of the Constitution of Nepal.
He also stated that the government is preparing to call the winter session soon, which will focus primarily on legislative bills.
