The political party led by Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ has proposed the name Communist Party Nepal for official registration.
Biplav’s representative Khagda Bahadur Bishwakarma reached the Election Commission today (Tuesday) to submit the application for party registration. This is the first time Biplav’s party is participating in an election, according to the Election Commission, which stated that the required procedures are currently underway.
The Election Commission has set Kartik 30 as the deadline for obtaining the party registration certificate.
Speaking to the media, Bishwakarma said they are committed to cooperating with the Election Commission to ensure a successful election. He said, “We will fully cooperate with the Election Commission to make the election successful.”
