A meeting of the Council of Ministers has begun on Monday afternoon at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar, according to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat.
The meeting is expected to discuss the government’s regular administrative affairs and take necessary decisions.
However, as the election code of conduct has come into effect, the government will not be able to take long-term or major policy decisions during this period.
