What Happened?
The communal dispute reportedly began last Thursday night when a wedding procession entered Sabgadh while playing music. As the procession passed in front of a mosque during prayer time, members of the Muslim community allegedly assaulted members of the DJ group for playing loud music, which then escalated into communal tensions and violence.
