The Government Attorney’s Office has filed a case against medical businessman Durga Prasai.
The case has been registered under charges related to disturbing public peace, alleging involvement in activities intended to disrupt the election process. Prasai was arrested by police on Falgun 11 and later released on bail.
The case has now been formally filed at the district level under the charge of offenses against public peace.
