Balananda Sharma, Minister for Foreign Affairs, held a courtesy meeting with Chang Maoming, the Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, on Wednesday.
The meeting took place at the minister’s office, where discussions were held on Nepal–China relations as well as various matters of mutual interest and cooperation, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On the same day, Minister Sharma also received a courtesy call from Aishath Azeema, the non-resident Ambassador of the Maldives to Nepal. During the meeting, they discussed different aspects of bilateral relations between the two countries.
Earlier on Tuesday, both ambassadors had presented their letters of credence to Ram Chandra Poudel.
