The standing committee meeting of the CPN (Maoist Centre) will be held today at the party’s central office in Paris Danda, starting at 11 a.m.
Secretary Devendra Paudel stated that the meeting will discuss political developments following the Genji rebellion, Chairman Prachanda’s proposal to dissolve the central committee and hold a special general convention in Mangsir, and preparations for the convention.
The meeting will also finalize the agenda for today’s central committee session.
