The secretariat meeting of the CPN-UML has begun at the party’s central office in Chyasal.
The meeting is expected to focus on discussions related to candidates for the upcoming National Assembly member election. Although continuous talks have been held among the Nepali Congress, CPN-UML, and the Nepal Communist Party regarding electoral coordination for the National Assembly, the parties have so far failed to reach a concrete agreement.
In addition, today’s meeting is also expected to discuss the division of responsibilities among party leaders.
