Kathmandu — DSP Dipesh Basyal of Nepal Police has been appointed as the Personal Security Officer (PSO) for Prime Minister-designate Balen Shah. He was formally assigned to this role on Friday.
The oath-taking ceremony of the new Prime Minister is scheduled for 12:00 noon today at the President’s Office, Shital Niwas.
Authorities have stated that special security arrangements have been put in place, with high priority given to the safety of the incoming Prime Minister.
