Minister for Education, Science, and Technology Mahabir Pun has announced that the report prepared by the Tribhuvan University (TU) Land and Property Investigation Committee (2081), which was submitted to the government, will be made public.
In a social media post, Minister Pun stated that the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology will publish the report soon. The Council of Ministers had earlier decided to send the report to the ministry for implementation. The report was originally submitted to then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, but it had not been made public.
Minister Pun also shared that the government has decided to initiate steps to establish a Nuclear Research Center (for medical purposes only) in Nepal. The center will focus on the domestic production of essential radioactive medicines used in the treatment of cancer patients in the country.
