The Chief Election Officer’s office has released the nomination schedule for Kailali Constituency No. 5.
The schedule has been arranged in a staggered manner, taking security concerns into account, for the upcoming House of Representatives election. Nominations will be submitted on Tuesday.
According to the office, independent candidates and other parties can submit nominations from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The schedule for political parties is as follows:
- 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: Citizens Liberation Party
- 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Rastriya Swatantra Party
- 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Nepal Communist Party
- 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Nepali Congress
- 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Rastriya Janamorcha Party
- 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM: United CPN
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: CPN (UML)
The office noted that nominations can be submitted anytime between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and the staggered schedule is intended to manage the process efficiently.
