
Tribhuvan International Airport will remain closed until 12 noon on Wednesday due to ongoing Gen Z protests. The airport had already been shut down from 2:30 PM Tuesday until 1 AM Wednesday.
Buddha Air, the leading domestic airline, issued a notice stating that flights cannot be operated until midday Wednesday, apologizing to passengers for the inconvenience caused.
The airline further informed that due to the national situation, flights to various domestic destinations have been disrupted. Passengers who purchased tickets but could not travel will receive a full refund.
