
Continuous rainfall has triggered floods and landslides, blocking roads at 13 different locations across the country, according to Nepal Police Headquarters.
In Sankhuwasabha district, landslides have obstructed sections of the Koshi Highway in Bhotkhola Rural Municipality and Makalu Rural Municipality. Similarly, parts of the Pasang Lhamu Highway in Gosainkunda Rural Municipality and the Galchi–Trishuli–Mailung road are closed.
Other obstructed routes include the Dhorpatan–Saljhandi road, Beni–Darbang road, the Bheri Corridor, and sections of the Karnali Highway, including Chhedagad in Jajarkot and the Jajarkot–Dolpa road section.
