Former Energy Minister Deepak Khadka, who was arrested on Sunday, has been admitted to the hospital.
He was admitted to Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital at 3 AM on Monday and placed in bed number 1029, according to hospital sources.
Khadka was taken into custody for investigation of the cash recovered from his residence during the Janajati movement on Bhadra 24. The court had already authorized a seven-day detention for investigation on Sunday itself.
