KATHMANDU, Aug 6 (RSS): Four parliamentary committees are scheduled to meet today to discuss various legislative and policy matters.
The committees meeting today include the International Relations and Tourism Committee, the Agriculture, Cooperative and Natural Resources Committee, the Legislation Management Committee, and the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee.
The International Relations and Tourism Committee will hold a meeting at 10 AM to conduct a contemporary discussion on the “current status, progress, and challenges of the Lumbini Development Trust.”
At 11 AM, the Agriculture, Cooperative and Natural Resources Committee will conduct a clause-wise discussion on the “Bill to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Land, 2082.”
Also at 11 AM, the Legislation Management Committee will meet to discuss the draft report on the “Water Resources Bill, 2081.”
Later, at 1 PM, the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee will meet to deliberate on a report related to national parks.
