Gang leader Chakre Milan has also been released on bail in Bhaktapur. In a case related to attempted murder during an assault incident, the bench of Judge Ram Prasad Nyaupane at Bhaktapur District Court ordered his release on bail of Rs 110,000.
On Friday, Judge Nyaupane’s bench completed the statement recording and remand hearing in Milan’s case before issuing the order. Preparations are being made to transfer him to Bhaktapur Police custody.
Milan, who was arrested while celebrating his birthday, had been released two days ago after posting bail of Rs 30,000 as ordered by Kathmandu District Court in an indecent behavior case.
About a year ago, a complaint of attempted murder had been filed against him. On Bhadra 10, 2081 BS, Dinesh Kumar Rayamajhi lodged a complaint alleging that Milan attacked his nephew, Manish Rayamajhi, at Badda’s Tawa Restaurant in Divyashwori, Sanothimi.
