Gold prices surged sharply on Monday, the second trading day of the week. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold increased by NPR 4,200 per tola in a single day, setting a new record.
With this rise, gold is being traded today at NPR 282,000 per tola. On the previous trading day, Sunday, gold was traded at NPR 277,800 per tola.
Similarly, silver prices have also increased today. The price of silver rose by NPR 185 per tola and is currently being traded at NPR 5,810 per tola.
