The government has announced a three-day public holiday targeting the House of Representatives election scheduled for Falgun 21.
A Cabinet meeting held on Tuesday decided to declare Falgun 20, 21, and 22 as public holidays.
Earlier, the Election Commission of Nepal had recommended the government to grant public holidays in view of the House of Representatives election.
