The government has initiated dialogue with the Durga Prasai-led group, which has announced a protest starting in the first week of Mangsir.
According to sources, the talks are being held at the Ministry of Home Affairs.
On behalf of Prasai’s group, Madhav Prasad Khatri and five other representatives are participating in the discussion.
Durga Prasai himself, however, is not attending the negotiation meeting.
