Medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai is being produced before the Supreme Court for a hearing on his habeas corpus petition.
A joint bench of Justices Nahakul Subedi and Shreekant Paudel will hear the petition filed against Prasai’s detention.
On Friday, the court had ordered authorities to present him within 24 hours.
Police arrested Prasai on Mangsir 1 and are investigating him on charges related to public disorder.
