Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal has been recommended for membership in the National Assembly of Nepal.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers of Nepal held on Sunday decided to recommend Aryal to the President of Nepal for appointment as a National Assembly member.
According to the constitutional provision, the government must recommend a candidate for the one seat in the National Assembly that is nominated by the President.
