Kathmandu, Aug 5: The House of Representatives under the Federal Parliament is scheduled to meet today at 1 PM at the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwor. The session’s agenda includes the possible endorsement of the Alternative Financing Bill, 2081.
Before that, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel will propose that the bill be taken up for clause-wise discussion in the House. Any proposed amendments to the bill will also be presented for decision.
During the meeting, ministers from the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports will respond to oral questions from lawmakers.
Additionally, Minister for Agriculture and Livestock Development, Ramnath Adhikari, will present the Nepal Veterinary Council (First Amendment) Bill, 2082.
Minister for Women, Children, and Senior Citizens, Nawal Kishor Sah Sudi, is scheduled to propose deliberation on the Children’s Bill (First Amendment), 2082.
