The IPO issued by SY Panel Limited for the general public has been allotted.
On Sunday, the issue manager Prabhu Capital Limited completed the IPO allotment process. A total of 407,615 applicants received 10 shares each, while 6 applicants received 1 share each.
Out of 2,189,773 total applications submitted, 2,087,320 were approved and 18,054 applications were rejected, according to Prabhu Capital.
The company had issued a total of 4,076,156 shares. Of these, 248,546 shares were reserved for mutual funds and 149,127 shares for company employees.
SY Panel Limited had received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Bhadra 17 to issue 5,232,548 ordinary shares worth Rs. 523.25 million.
Among these, 2% (261,627 shares) were reserved for residents of the project-affected areas, and 10% (497,092 shares) of the public issue was allocated for Nepalis working abroad.
The company had already issued the IPO to project-affected locals and migrant Nepalis in the first phase on Asoj 7.
