Journalist Dipendra Khaniya was found dead at his residence in Thapagaun, Kathmandu, on Sunday morning.
Pawan Kumar Bhattarai, spokesperson for Kathmandu District Police, confirmed that Khaniya was discovered hanging at his home.
According to the police, the crime scene has been documented, and after completing the necessary legal procedures, the body is being sent to the hospital for postmortem examination.
Khaniya was also the operator of the popular Radio Station “Radio Audio” in New Baneshwor. He is survived by his wife and a daughter.
