
The Ashok Rai-led Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) and the Rajendra Mahato-led Rastriya Mukti Party Nepal are set to announce a working unity on Thursday.
The two parties will make the announcement at a press conference in Kathmandu at 2:00 PM. It is stated that the working unity is being formed to jointly struggle on the issue of identity.
The JSP was formed after splitting from the Upendra Yadav-led Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal, while the Rastriya Mukti Party Nepal emerged after splitting from the Mahantha Thakur-led Loktantrik Samajwadi Party.
