In the ongoing Nepal Premier League (NPL) in Kathmandu, Karnali Yaks have set a target of 150 runs for Kathmandu Gorkhas.
In the match held on Sunday, Karnali chose to bat first after winning the toss and posted 149 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the allotted overs.
Karnali’s Gulsan Jha played a strong innings, scoring 49 runs off 22 balls, the highest for his team.
Similarly, Pawan Saraf added 35 runs off 29 balls, while Mark Watt contributed 30 runs off 27 deliveries.
Kathmandu Gorkhas, led by Karan KC, have now taken the field to chase the 150-run target.
Karnali Yaks are being captained by Sompal Kami.
