Chairman of CPN-UML and current Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has warned against the misconception that the party is permanently out of government.
Speaking at the CPN-UML central committee meeting held Wednesday in Jawalkhel, Lalitpur, Oli emphasized that UML remains a leading force in the country’s political and economic spheres. He highlighted that the party’s ability to lead the nation has been proven through its actions.
Oli stated, “Some may think that UML is out of government forever. This is a misconception. UML is a party providing political and economic leadership. Its role has been demonstrated and confirmed by actions. Even recent data published by the World Bank confirms how the country weakens without a UML-led government.”
He further noted that attacks on the party occur whenever his government takes a firm stand in favor of the country and its people.
