A landslide at Rakse in Gulmi has completely obstructed the Kaligandaki Corridor. Soon after receiving information about the road blockage, a police team from the Purti Ghat police post was deployed to clear the debris.
According to District Police Office spokesperson Ganga Bahadur Saru, efforts are underway to reopen the road using bulldozers and other equipment.
Due to the obstruction, vehicles traveling towards Palpa and Butwal via Parbat, Baglung, and Ridi have been stranded along the route.
