Rajkumar Sharma, leader of the CPN (Maoist Centre) parliamentary party in the Karnali Provincial Assembly and former Chief Minister, has resigned from his position. He submitted his resignation letter on Wednesday, addressing it to the party’s Chief Whip, Krishna Bahadur Jisi.
In the letter, Sharma stated that he was stepping down from the role of party leader. Recently, he left Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda’s side and joined the newly formed Progressive Democratic Party led by Janardan Sharma.
