Two committees under the Federal Parliament are meeting today — the Infrastructure Development Committee and the Legislation Management Committee.
The Infrastructure Development Committee will meet at 2 p.m. to discuss the condition of cross-border roads, including the Kodari Highway and Rasuwagadhi route, which have been affected by monsoon rains. The meeting will also review the state of road transport and infrastructure ahead of the upcoming festive season.
Likewise, the Legislation Management Committee will also convene at 2 p.m. to deliberate on the draft report of the Nepal Citizenship (Second Amendment) Bill, 2081.
