The Muglin–Narayangadh highway, which has been blocked since Friday evening, has not yet reopened. According to the Road Division Office, Bharatpur, the landslide near the Tuin Khola bridge continues, making it difficult to clear the debris.
Efforts to remove the landslide resumed early Sunday morning. The office reported that continuous landslides have been occurring since around 6:30 PM on Friday. Because the landslide did not stop, work to clear the road, which had paused after Saturday evening, began again on Sunday morning.
The office has requested travelers to remain in safe areas and to maintain lane discipline for vehicles stranded on the road. People have also been urged to use alternative routes whenever possible.
