The 19th ongoing session of the National Assembly has officially concluded effective from 12:00 midnight on Friday.
President Ram Chandra Paudel ended the current session on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, effective from 12:00 midnight on Falgun 1.
During the National Assembly meeting, Chairperson Narayan Prasad Dahal formally announced the conclusion after reading out the letter received from the President’s Office.
In accordance with Article 93(2) of the Constitution of Nepal, the session was prorogued following the Cabinet’s recommendation dated Magh 26, 2082 BS.
