
The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has announced a 35-member preliminary squad for the Nepal women’s national team ahead of a friendly match against India. The team will face India on Kartik 9 in Sikkim. The squad was unveiled today by newly appointed head coach Naveen Neupane, who assumed charge just yesterday.
Neupane has been appointed as head coach until the 2026 SAFF Women’s Championship. The position had been vacant after Patrick de Wilde, who had taken charge during the AFC Asian Cup qualifiers, stepped down following the competition.
The Nepal women’s preliminary squad is as follows:
