Assistant Spokesperson Rathi Rajaram Basnet stated that the curfew will be reimposed tomorrow, the 26th, from 6 AM to 6 PM. During the curfew, the public is urged to stay indoors except for essential work to support security operations.
Basnet confirmed that vehicles for ambulances, hearses, fire brigades, healthcare workers, and security personnel will be allowed to operate during the curfew.
Authorities are coordinating with relevant stakeholders to address post-protest situations and resolve arising issues.
The Army also warned that any protests, vandalism, looting, arson, or attacks on individuals and property under the guise of demonstrations will be treated as punishable offenses and will be met with strict action.
