Nepal national women’s football team captain Sabitra Bhandari, popularly known as “Samba,” has successfully undergone knee surgery in Auckland, New Zealand.
Bhandari shared the update through social media, stating that after a long wait, her knee operation was successfully completed on Wednesday morning by Dr. Simon and his medical team in Auckland.
“After a long my knee surgery has finally been completed. I’m happy to inform that it was successfully carried out this morning in Auckland by Dr. Simon and his team,” she wrote.
