Batting first, Nepal posted 146 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Bhim Sharki top-scored with 32 runs off 32 balls, while Dipendra Singh Airee added 26 runs off 19 balls and Aasif Sheikh contributed 22 runs from 13 balls. For South Australia, Thompson took 2 wickets conceding 21 runs, while T. Brown and H. Manenti also claimed two wickets each.
In reply, South Australia chased down the target of 147 runs in 20 overs, losing 7 wickets. N.P. Winter played a crucial knock of 36 runs off 19 balls, supported by Hugenbozem with 28 runs and M.W. Harvey with 27 runs.
For Nepal, Sompal Kami was the pick of the bowlers, taking 3 wickets for 18 runs in his 4 overs. Nandan Yadav and Rohit Paudel also chipped in with 2 wickets each.
