Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has published the foreign currency exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the exchange rate for 1 US Dollar is set at NPR 140.76 (buying) and NPR 141.36 (selling).
Similarly, the rates for other major currencies are as follows:

- UK Pound Sterling: NPR 188.33 (buying), NPR 189.13 (selling)
- Swiss Franc: NPR 174.85 (buying), NPR 175.59 (selling)
- Australian Dollar: NPR 91.57 (buying), NPR 91.96 (selling)
- Canadian Dollar: NPR 102.05 (buying), NPR 102.48 (selling)
- Singapore Dollar: NPR 109.22 (buying), NPR 109.68 (selling)
- Japanese Yen (10 units): NPR 9.47 (buying), NPR 9.51 (selling)
- Chinese Yuan: NPR 19.70 (buying), NPR 19.79 (selling)
- Saudi Riyal: NPR 37.51 (buying), NPR 37.67 (selling)

The exchange rate for 100 Indian Rupees is fixed at NPR 160.00 (buying) and NPR 160.15 (selling).
The central bank has also stated that these rates may be revised at any time as per requirement.
