Nepal Rastra Bank has published the foreign currency exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is set at NPR 141.48, while the selling rate is NPR 142.08.
Similarly, the buying rate for one European Euro is NPR 163.86 and the selling rate is NPR 164.56. The buying rate for one UK Pound Sterling is NPR 185.95, and the selling rate is NPR 186.74. The Swiss Franc has a buying rate of NPR 177.47 and a selling rate of NPR 178.22.
The Australian Dollar’s buying rate is NPR 91.99 and selling rate is NPR 92.38. The Canadian Dollar is set at NPR 100.83 for buying and NPR 101.25 for selling. The Singapore Dollar’s buying rate is NPR 108.61 and selling rate is NPR 109.07.
For the Japanese Yen (per 10 units), the buying rate is NPR 9.10 and the selling rate is NPR 9.14. The Chinese Yuan has a buying rate of NPR 19.89 and a selling rate of NPR 19.98. The Saudi Arabian Riyal is set at NPR 37.72 for buying and NPR 37.88 for selling, while the Qatari Riyal stands at NPR 38.81 for buying and NPR 38.98 for selling.
According to the central bank, the Thai Baht’s buying rate is NPR 4.36 and selling rate is NPR 4.38. The UAE Dirham has a buying rate of NPR 38.52 and a selling rate of NPR 38.68. The Malaysian Ringgit is set at NPR 33.98 for buying and NPR 34.12 for selling. South Korean Won (per 100 units) has a buying rate of NPR 9.66 and a selling rate of NPR 9.70. The Swedish Kroner’s buying rate is NPR 14.90 and selling rate is NPR 14.96, while the Danish Kroner’s buying and selling rates are NPR 21.94 and NPR 22.03 respectively.
The buying rate for one Hong Kong Dollar is NPR 18.17 and selling rate is NPR 18.25. The Kuwaiti Dinar has a buying rate of NPR 460.74 and a selling rate of NPR 462.70. The Bahraini Dinar is set at NPR 375.26 for buying and NPR 376.86 for selling. The Omani Riyal has a buying rate of NPR 367.47 and a selling rate of NPR 369.02.
For Indian currency, the buying rate for 100 Indian Rupees is NPR 160.00, while the selling rate is NPR 160.15.
Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that these rates may be revised at any time as needed. Commercial banks may offer slightly different rates, and the updated exchange rates are available on the central bank’s official website.
