Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has published the official foreign exchange rates for today, with the value of the US dollar remaining stable. According to the rates fixed by the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been set at NPR 143.47 and the selling rate at NPR 144.07.
Similarly, the buying rate of one European euro has been fixed at NPR 168.90 and the selling rate at NPR 169.61. The UK pound sterling is trading at a buying rate of NPR 193.68 and a selling rate of NPR 194.49, while the Swiss franc stands at NPR 181.73 for buying and NPR 182.49 for selling.
The Australian dollar has been set at a buying rate of NPR 96.35 and a selling rate of NPR 96.75, while the Canadian dollar is trading at NPR 104.94 for buying and NPR 105.38 for selling. Likewise, the Singapore dollar’s buying rate is NPR 111.69 and the selling rate is NPR 112.16.
According to NRB, the buying rate for 10 units of Japanese yen has been fixed at NPR 9.16 and the selling rate at NPR 9.20. The Chinese yuan is trading at NPR 20.48 for buying and NPR 20.56 for selling. The Saudi Arabian riyal has been set at NPR 38.25 for buying and NPR 38.41 for selling, while the Qatari riyal stands at NPR 39.25 for buying and NPR 39.42 for selling.
