Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign exchange rates for today. The buying rate of one US dollar has been set at NPR 148.07 and the selling rate at NPR 148.67.
Similarly, the buying rate of one Euro is NPR 173.44 and the selling rate NPR 174.14. The UK Pound Sterling has a buying rate of NPR 199.01 and a selling rate of NPR 199.82, while the Swiss Franc stands at NPR 187.61 for buying and NPR 188.37 for selling.
The Australian Dollar is set at NPR 104.69 (buying) and NPR 105.11 (selling). The Canadian Dollar is NPR 107.03 for buying and NPR 107.46 for selling, and the Singapore Dollar is NPR 116.22 for buying and NPR 116.69 for selling.
For Asian currencies, 10 Japanese Yen has a buying rate of NPR 9.30 and a selling rate of NPR 9.34. The Chinese Yuan is NPR 21.68 for buying and NPR 21.77 for selling. The Saudi Arabian Riyal stands at NPR 39.46 (buying) and NPR 39.62 (selling), while the Qatari Riyal is NPR 40.61 (buying) and NPR 40.78 (selling).
According to the central bank, the Thai Baht is NPR 4.61 for buying and NPR 4.63 for selling. The UAE Dirham is NPR 40.31 (buying) and NPR 40.47 (selling). The Malaysian Ringgit is NPR 37.34 (buying) and NPR 37.50 (selling). For 100 South Korean Won, the buying rate is NPR 9.98 and the selling rate NPR 10.02. The Swedish Krona is NPR 15.99 (buying) and NPR 16.05 (selling), while the Danish Krone is NPR 23.21 (buying) and NPR 23.30 (selling).
The Hong Kong Dollar has a buying rate of NPR 18.90 and a selling rate of NPR 18.98. The Kuwaiti Dinar stands at NPR 483.10 (buying) and NPR 485.06 (selling). The Bahraini Dinar is NPR 392.65 (buying) and NPR 394.25 (selling), and the Omani Riyal is NPR 384.60 (buying) and NPR 386.16 (selling).
Additionally, the exchange rate for INR 100 has been fixed at NPR 160 for buying and NPR 160.15 for selling.
Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that these rates may be revised at any time as needed. Commercial banks may set slightly different rates, and updated rates are available on the central bank’s website.
