In the ongoing SAFF U-17 Championship in Sri Lanka, Nepal will compete against Bangladesh on Thursday.
The match is scheduled to start at 7:15 PM at the Colombo Racecourse Sports Complex. Nepal aims to secure its second consecutive win.
Having defeated the host team Sri Lanka 2–0 in their opening Group ‘A’ match, Nepal is confident that a victory over Bangladesh will make them group winners and secure a spot in the semifinals.
This will be Bangladesh’s first match in the tournament. In Nepal’s first game, both goals were scored by Sameer Kumar.
The championship features seven participating countries. Group ‘B’ includes India, Maldives, Pakistan, and Bhutan, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the semifinals.
