
Nepal will face Bangladesh A in their second match of the ongoing Top End T20 Series in Australia’s Northern Territory on Saturday.
The match will be played at Marrara Cricket Ground 2 in Darwin and will begin at 2:15 PM Nepal time. Rohit Paudel will lead the Nepali team, while Nurul Hasan will captain Bangladesh A.
Both teams lost their opening matches. On Friday, Nepal were defeated by NT Strike by 42 runs, while Bangladesh A lost to Pakistan Shaheens by 79 runs. Both sides will be aiming for their first victory on Saturday.
Bangladesh A, the runners-up of the previous season, includes players with international experience and several who recently performed well in the Bangladesh Premier League.
The tournament, being held in Darwin and Palmerston until August 24, features 11 teams—including Nepal’s national cricket team—competing in 36 league matches.
Nepal will next play against Melbourne Stars, Hobart Hurricanes, Melbourne Renegades, and Pakistan Shaheens.
