Nepali Congress has called a meeting of its Central Executive Committee following the announcement of the results of the House of Representatives election.
This is the first meeting of the committee after the election results were made public. The meeting will discuss the selection of members of the House of Representatives from the proportional representation (PR) closed list, based on the number of seats secured by the party.
The meeting is scheduled to take place on Sunday at 1:00 PM at the party’s central office in Sanepa.
The party is also preparing to convene a Central Working Committee meeting within the first week of Chaitra.
